| I have been having this problem since Jan or Feb this year. When I exchange movies, if I do not complete the transaction immediately I get a total of million dollar charge, even if you try to back out of it, it still rents the movie with an unknown return date. This mostly happens with exchanges, but has had it occur when the number of days is overridden. I am running Rentrak as well and have had problems where voided transactions do not modify the number of times rented on the movie and the revenue the movie has made. This means the downloaded data I am paying for with Rentrak even if the movie has not rented. One other problem when adding movies the default setting does not work if I select a title from Rentrak. It defaults to another category other than New Release. In all my settings the defaults are set properly as far as I can tell. I am pretty well ready to GIVE UP on APEX and find something else. I have not received ant support in this matter in 6 months. Suggestions even would be better than sitting her trying to fix the problem all the time. Maybe if I rebuild the whole database from scratch? (posted - 20.July.2005.1.02.pm)
