| We use the feature 2-2-8 to obtain lists of movies to either sell or recategorize. These lists now include all of our sale items. I noticed you have resolved this same issue with the 2-2-5 report. At this point, this is only an inconvenience, but should be brought to your attention. (posted - 04.March.2005.8.30.pm) -- | |
| The 2-2-8 report is used incorrectly, It is only used to show
items that are First Entered into the system, It does not allow
you to view items have been recategorized or sold
To view an items sold report do a 9-A Sales Report.
To view sale items of a specific category, do a 2-2-B report
and SELECT ONLY the the Sale Categories you want on the report. (posted - 07.March.2005.9.43.am) -- If It aint broke - don't fix it! | |
| Perhaps yo misunderstand me. I use this feature to obtain lists of movies that have not been entered the last "n" days. I only select the options I want such as New Release VHS and I obtain the list. I obtain the list, but it includes all sale items in our database. This is a very useful report to us, but it does not work properly in the Apex version of the program. (posted - 07.March.2005.12.21.pm) -- | |
| ok, we will take a look at it. If there is a problem, we
will add this issue to our issuelog. Our programmers will look at the issuelog to see what critical issues need to be addressed first. Then an update will be created for the program. Updates are normally done once every couple of months to tackle as many of the critical issues our customers have reported to us, and the Support Staff is able to replicate. the next update is scheduled to arrive in the late Spring/early Summer.
