| I am finding the occurrence of ghost movies is much more prevalent in Apex than in any previous version of Rapid Rental. It is almost a daily occurrence now at all of our stores. In 3.95, I configured the system to check for ghost movies at startup and never had any problems. You seem to have removed this option and it is a serious problem as most of clerks can not resolve this issue. We use the security system to prevent access to most maintenance features. | I am aware that gost movies can be returned with the function you mention.
I only think it is stepbackward from 3.95 C-C-B-R. This function worked automatically at startup. It was a great feature and I hope you will bring it back again. (posted - 07.March.2005.12.15.pm) -- | |
| Again, we require more information. Is the store On Rentrak?
is the ghost movie a Rentrak added title?
How many ghost movies per day/week? At what time does it occur?
The ghost movie issue was already tackled before Christmas 2004,
the update we release before Christmas fixed this problem as other

| We have build 42......Is it possible to obtain updates???....I hope that the of our problems can be fixed. I have been a loyal Rapid Rental user since 1993 and now depend on may of the features in the software to operate our four stores. This upgrade to Apex was a rewquirement from Rentrak when we opened our newest location and it has not gone well. I purchases the Apex software for all of our stores last fall, but did not install it unitl a couple of weeks ago.
