| Trying to get version 3.95 running under win98. The program is giving me runtime error 200 which I believe is a borland programing error from dos programs when the CPU is to fast. Is this correct and is there a fix for this. (posted - 04.March.2009.12.43.pm)

Sounds to me like your program files (video.exe and video.ovr) have become corrupted. The program should run fine under Windows 98. Try re-installing.. Also, make sure that video.ovr is not set to read only. Another thing to try is to copy those 2 files to a different directory and run it from there - see if its related to a corrupt settings file.
