"TVL Celebrates its 15th Annual Soul Saturday, back in August 2008" While many companies challenge to stay in business, our issue is which river to try. In 2008 it was TVL's 15th Annual Corporate Retreat and like so many in the past, it was a HUGE SUCCESS. Although there were no long and violent rapids; following each other almost without interuption (due to the low water levels), the over 40 degree wind combined with white water and great people, made Soul Saturday 2008, one to remember!

Our Culture
It all starts by having talented and dedicated staff who focus on company-wide goals. On the first Wednesday of each month TVL holds its IMF (Impossible Mission Force) staff meetings to discuss company issues, goals and departmental agendas. The culture is about flexibility, interaction and emphasis on constant creativity and innovation.
Software Project Management: Each new product we develop is named after Ski Mountains around the world. Some of our past application code names include: Whistler, Silver Star, Aspen, Jimmy's Joker, Kicking Horse, Blackcomb, Cypress. Our latest applications include Apex and K2 with Big Sky in the pipeline.

Scientific Research & Development
Each year TVL engages in Research and Development for applied applications. It is our goal to seek out new alternatives to fit specific industries. Research in the field of Photo ID, printing bar codes onto fabric, Real-Time Security Software and RFID Tag applications for Security are examples of past projects. The latest advances in R&D include evolutionary software solutions to support radio frequency identification tracking and tools for augmenting the solution to industry needs.

One of our Annual Company Retreats is white water rafting, where we continue to grow as a team and work together as a unit. As once said, "if we are all in the boat rowing in harmony, we can go in the right direction. If someone should fall out, it becomes a rescue mission and everything else is put on hold"
Outdoor Soccer - company event to stay fit in body and mind.
Each Friday, is our 5 on 5 soccer match. Even in the cold and rain, we are out there having fun and you can imagine the team bonding when the Developer passes to the Technical Support guy who fakes and passes to the Sales guy to score. For those who want to play, it means taking off a little early to warm up and play.
